Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MOATS AI services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use our services.
Services
MOATS AI provides AI-powered automation systems for contractors and local businesses including lead capture, follow-up automation, proposal generation, scheduling, and CRM services.
Subscriptions and Billing
Services are billed monthly. Starter plan is $97 per month. Pro plan is $197 per month. Elite plan is $497 per month. Setup fees are one-time charges. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
No Contracts
MOATS AI operates on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts unless separately agreed upon in writing.
SMS Compliance
All automated SMS messages sent through MOATS AI must comply with TCPA regulations. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before enrolling them in automated messaging.
Limitation of Liability
MOATS AI is not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, or business losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 30 days.
